Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at BlackLines Ink’s webshop. We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand our guidelines and procedures.

Deposits and Payment

In our shop, it is possible to pay a deposit of 20, 50, or 100 EUR after a free consultation. The agreed appointment time becomes active once the client pays the corresponding deposit in the shop.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least, 48 hours in advance. Deposits for canceled or rescheduled appointments within the notice period may be transferred to a new appointment date and time, subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds for deposits will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:

Deposits are non-refundable for appointments canceled or rescheduled outside the notice period.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or at the discretion of BlackLines Ink, a refund of the deposit may be granted. Such circumstances may include medical emergencies or circumstances beyond the client’s control. Proper documentation may be required to support the refund request.

Returns and Exchanges

As our webshop primarily offers tattoo-related services, physical product returns and exchanges are not applicable. We strive to ensure that our services meet or exceed your expectations, and we encourage open communication to address any concerns you may have.
